The 4th Latin America Hotels and Resorts Expansion Summit, will be held on September 2 and 3, 2020 in Los Cabos, Mexico. Los Cabos is one of the places worldwide where most super luxury hotels and resorts are being built, it clearly underlines the confidence investors have in this region of Mexico. For the current year, the opening of over 2000 rooms is expected, in 2021 20.000 hotel rooms will be reached at the destination. In addition, the hotel industry has become one of the most important sectors for the country, due to its large contribution to GDP that has reached 8.8% according to the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (Inegi).
At this event, tourism authorities, investors, hotel chains, independent hotels and real state companies will go in discussion with consultants, architects, construction companies, equipment providers and service groups, in order to better explore the hospitality market.
