With a degree in Hotel & Restaurant management from the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland, Stefania has experience in luxury hotels, with focus on management of front desk teams, housekeepers, reservations and Revenue Management, both in independent hotels and international brands. Since 2016, she has been the development manager for the Central and South America region for STR.
