Carolina Lacerda is currently a Senior Vice President within the JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group, leading investment sales activities throughout Latin America. With over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 10 years with JLL in different capacities, she has worked throughout Latin America and the US both in advisory and investment sales capacities. She is currently active in various real estate transactions in the region and has been involved in over $2.0 billion of real estate transactions in the last few years. Recent transactions include the JW Marriott Mexico City, Sheraton & Luxury Collection Buenos Aires (Argentina), Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman (Cayman Islands), Sheraton & Luxury Collection Santiago (Chile), Viceroy Riviera Maya (Mexico), among others. Ms. Lacerda graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, and has completed a Professional Development course in Hotel Investment and Financing at Cornell. Ms. Lacerda is proficient in written and spoken Portuguese, English and Spanish and communicates well in French.
